ROBERT L. DAVIS

Robert Davis, Managing Principal of Davis Group Company is considered one of Houston’s most recognized and innovative builders and developers. As a resident of Houston, Texas, he produced some of the city’s first residential “in fill developments” dating back to the late 1990’s. With a background in Architecture, Robert has sought to create residential properties that foster timeless quality for both owners and the communities to which they belong. From original custom residences to high end speculative homes, all Davis’ properties adhere to the sensitivity to create quality of place and environment.

As a founding partner with Hahnfeld Witmer Davis Companies (HWD) of Houston, Robert directed land acquisitions and development activities, which comprised over $175,000,000 in high end single family, patio and attached products. As a pioneer in the emergence of suburban “Town Centers” Robert Davis was instrumental in aligning with local municipalities and the master developer’s vision of “new urbanism”. Many communities garnered multiple awards, such as the Greater Houston Builder’s Association, PRISM Award, for Townhome, and Multiplex of the Year, National Association of Homebuilders “Best in American Living”, Platinum for Custom Homes, and the Texas Association of Builder’s STAR Award.

He is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Architecture and is a licensed realtor in The State of Texas and a member of The Urban Land Institute. Robert and his family call Houston their long-time home and they reside in The Galleria area of Houston.

Todd L. Blitzer is the Founding Principal and Managing Partner of Mirador Group established
in 1995. His passion for working with clients to help achieve their goals and dreams within
their projects is what drives Todd to make every project reach its full potential. Todd’s professional experience includes a variety of project types and scopes from commercial to residential projects which include office buildings, lease spaces, hospitality, mixed-use, and renovation/restoration projects. Upon graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in Architecture, he moved to Los Angeles where he practiced architecture for three years. Todd moved to Houston in 1991, establishing Mirador Group in 1995. Todd has more than 30 years of experience in architectural and interior design projects across the country including Texas, California, Ohio, and Illinois. He is a registered architect in both Texas and California and is a member of the AIA & NCARB. Todd served on the Bellaire Building and Standards Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Board of Adjustments. He is presently serving on the Bellaire Parks and Recreation Board, is a community member of the Bellaire High School PAT (Project Advisory Team, and is a member of the City of Bellaire ad hoc committee for the Municipal Buildings.

L Norris Designs is a Houston- based interior design + branding + consulting studio driven by creativity and details that focuses on creating refined, concept-driven residential interiors, luxury developments and unique commercial projects. Specializing in custom homes, new luxury residential and total home renovations, the studio works in close collaboration with architects, builders, investors, developers and private clients to deliver thoughtfully curated environments from initial concept to completion. Mrs. Norris is a graduate of The University of Mississippi, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She is a devoted parent to two sons and has recently celebrated thirty years of marriage. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Mrs. Norris has an impressive history of volunteering, enjoys traveling and pursuing enriching experiences with family and friends. Despite her demanding schedule, she continues to appreciate shopping, antiquing, and entertaining.
